December 01, 2017 – Students is Eric Jacques's Grade 5/6 french immersion class at J.R. Henderson Public School pose for a photo with their jingle bells and the school mascot Greeny at the end of the 17th annual Jingle Bell Walk in support of the KFL&A Public Health and the local Food Bank in Kingston, Ont. on Friday December 1, 2017. Jacque challenged his class to donate enough food that weighed more than him, which they were close to, bringing in 130 pounds of food. More than 16,000 students and staff from 64 schools in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington took part in the active annual event.

December 15, 2017 - Project coordinator Dianne Britton looks on as YMCA volunteers Mercedes Morris, Abi Tripp and Leslie Inglis start to arrange the artwork for the Reflection 150 artists showcase at the Tett Centre in both the activities room and the rehearsal hall on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. There will be workshops held along with the art displayed.
